I'm a certified personal trainer and fitness coach with a passion for helping individuals transform their lives through fitness. With years of experience and a deep understanding of exercise science, I've dedicated my work to providing you with the knowledge and support you need to succeed in transforming your body and life.

My Vision

Strive Training Systems is my way of bringing a fresh, sustainable and effective exercise system to the masses. The programs I've designed are "grace based", instead of being fueled by self-hatred and insecurity like many others in this space. 

​

I want everyone who follows a Strive program to be blown away with themselves. I want you to see just how capable your body is, how well it treats you when you give it what it needs, and how much energy exercise can bring into your life.

​

More often than not, fitness professionals are fanatic about exercise, their looks, and how fitness has made them feel about themselves. This is not an attempt to put others down. Instead, consider this an honest precaution about many others within this space.

​

Much like yourself, I started my journey nearly 8 years ago, trying everything I could to look shredded and pack on muscle. The actions I made came from deep, dark insecurities about myself, and it led to abysmal health and eventually total burnout.

​

Perhaps this resonates with you. Maybe you are now where I once was, looking at myself in disgust, punishing myself with weights that literally destroyed my body, and using food as a dysfunctional reward based on how "peeled" I looked that day.

​

I've learned a lot since then, through training myself and my clients, my lens on fitness has slowly shifted. The journey bcame the goal, and with that came effortless milestones in my fitness, even after years of hard, consistent training. What I focus on now is having grace towards exercise, especially people desperate to change their bodies. 

 

I want you to feel empowered through exercise, to have kindess towards yourself, and create a healthy body that wants to look the way you've foreseen. There's no long-term utility in forcing your body to change, punishing it with exercise and diet, or trying your hardest to change when it comes from a place of self hatred.

​

Perhaps the magic you're looking for is in the hard work you're avoiding. I don't mean hard workouts, or bland diets that taste like cardboard.

 

I'm talking about introspection, a deep analysis of what's bought you to where you are now. Unless you can learn how to shift your focus towards WANTING a healthy lifestyle, insteady of a body that just looks great on the beach, you'll never sustain an aesthetic body.

 

Even worse, you'll miss out on all the incredible ways that fitness can enhance your life. You'll still feel trapped in your body as you did before, and no amount of bargaining against yourself will get you out of that pit.

 

As someone who's been there and made it out, I ask you to take my word for it.
