Move Around Injuries (and Joint Pain)

You don’t need perfect joints to train, but you do need the right plan. If old injuries, knee pain, or cranky shoulders have stopped you in the past, my coaching adapts around what you can do rather than forcing what you can’t.

We’ll use sensible, pain-informed and evidence based programming that builds confidence, movement quality and strength without flaring things up.

For many of my clients, just having a plan that respects their limits (without babying them) is what finally helps them enjoy training again, even if the joints aren’t perfect.
